We started planning our coffee business 5 years ago. It began as all dreams do, fragile, but soon ideas developed into plans for a café, drive-thru and coffee roasting business. It was clear that we wanted to build the business in our hometown of Painted Post/Gang Mills, NY. On December 1 st 2006 we opened our doors!
All of us at Heavenly Cup have a passion for coffee! We believe in continuous improvement of our products and services. We are active members of the Specialty Coffee Association of America and the Roaster's Guild. Our roasting process begins with the highest grade of coffees, specialty Arabica green beans, and then finishes with our custom small-batch drum roasting.
Our coffee importer has visited and nurtured personal relationships with most of the coffee farmers they buy from. We offer some Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trade certified coffees when they also meet our cupping standards. Our hope is that our labor of love yields a great cup of coffee for you our customers and friends.
